Terry Murch has over 25 years experience working in the electronics and defense industry. He successfully managed many programs and worked with customers to ensure that their needs were met. Work history includes: Breeze-Eastern, Schaffner EMC, and Philips Technologies. Early in his career, Terry worked as a project engineer, sales engineer, VP international business development, and later as president of a management consulting company. Terry's areas of specialization include new market entry, product introduction/development, and program management which include complex sales and engineering programs.
Tom Griffin is a 32 year veteran in the electronics and defense industry, working in sales, sales management and operations. After an eight year career at a Fortune 100 electronics manufacturer, Tom cofounded a sales company serving the defense, industrial and medical markets. Tom's areas of expertise include systems, processes, and project management.
Leo Miller was an Air Traffic Controller in the USAF for 20 years, 18 years in radar approach control (RAPCON) and 2 years in the control tower. During his service he spent many tours overseas including Korea and Vietnam. He was also a commercial pilot, flight instructor (airplane and instruments), and a charter pilot. After leaving the Air Force he worked for Lockheed Martin and then a senior corrections officer for the New Jersey Department of Corrections, retiring after 20 years.
